Description

This large meeting room has a presenter's workstation/podium connected to a projector with a large display screen. It has a PC for login, or you can connect your laptop. A web camera, microphones, and speakers are available for Zoom/Teams connections. 14 tables and 56 seats are available to arrange as needed. Large windows provide both outside views and interior views of the library.

You may request one of three room configurations for your meeting needs.  Please choose from one of the options below on the online form when booking your reservation.

Please keep in mind that configuration changes may take some time to implement when room reservations are made consecutively by different groups (since one group may not exit completely until the reservation time of the next group begins).

• Notice:

  Library meeting / conference rooms may be reserved by APSU faculty and staff members to serve the meeting needs of university-related departments, groups, and organizations. Rooms may be scheduled for use when facilities are not available elsewhere. An APSU faculty or staff member must accompany all student groups.

  Meeting rooms may be booked for a one-hour session or up to a maximum of three consecutive hours. Employees may reserve a maximum of three hours daily for their meeting needs. Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance.

  If you need to reserve Room 232 for longer than 3 hours, please use the Extended Reservation Request Form for Library Meeting Rooms.  Library employees will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
