Space Availability - Woodward Library: Rooms for Faculty/Staff Members

Notice:

Library meeting / conference rooms may be reserved by APSU faculty and staff members to serve the meeting needs of university-related departments, groups, and organizations. Rooms may be scheduled for use when facilities are not available elsewhere. All student groups must be accompanied by an APSU faculty or staff member.

Meeting rooms may be booked for a one-hour session or up to a maximum of three consecutive hours. Each employee may reserve a maximum of three hours per day for their meeting needs. Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance, but must be made at least one hour ahead of the desired start time.

If you need to reserve meeting rooms for a period longer than 3 hours, please use the Extended Reservation Request Form for Library Meeting RoomsLibrary employees will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
